Doctor in Management Sciences with International Mention (ESADE – Ramon Llull University), and Master of Science in Lifelong Learning (LLL) in Multicultural Contexts (University of Zaragoza). I completed my studies with more than 25 distinctions (A+ honors) and 28 high honors, receiving two Extraordinary Awards for Academic Excellence —one for my undergraduate degree and one for my master’s program. My doctoral dissertation was top-10 distinguished by the international EDAMBA competition (European Doctoral Programmes Association in Management & Business Administration).

My career has been shaped by nearly four years of international academic experience, both as a lecturer and researcher, across leading institutions in Germany and the United States. I served for three years as a Lecturer in International Business Psychology at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences (Cologne, Germany) and completed prestigious research stays at the Teachers College, Columbia University (New Yor, USA) and the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, USA). In 2014, I was invited to participate in the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO, Boston), a small, expert-level working group that included scholars such as C. Cherniss, R. Boyatzis, D. Goleman, and JM Batista, to name a few.

Alongside my academic contributions, I am an Executive Coach trained at the Columbia Coaching Center of Excellence, with a strong focus on Leadership Development. My expertise includes Coaching with Compassion (Intentional Change Theory Group, Case Western Reserve University), Search Inside Yourself (Neuroscience & Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), among other advanced certifications. In this line, I was invited by IESE Business School (Barcelona, 2018) to deliver an advanced workshop on the Empathy Ladder to an audience of senior executives, in addition to having delivered more than 250 hours of coaching within ESADE’s MBA programs (Barcelona).

I am a Permanent Faculty Member in the Department of Psychology and Sociology at the University of Zaragoza, International Mobility Coordinator (Erasmus+ OUT/IN Programmes) at the Faculty of Human and Educational Sciences (since 2021), an active member of the Faculty Council, an elected member of the University of Zaragoza Senate, as well as a member of several committees (including the Committee for Training, Innovation, and Research).

I am deeply passionate about the multidimensional complexity of human beings, lifelong and lifewide learning (LLL, LWL), contemplative practices, spirituality from diverse perspectives, and the development of awareness as a foundation for personal and organizational transformation, which I strive to bring at all levels not only into my professional practice, but also into my scientific inquiry.
