Dr. Fernando Galindo. Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Zaragoza until 2021. Professor of "Philosophy of Law", "Ethics and Law", "Informatics and Law", "Ethics and Legislation for Engineers" and "Electronic Government". Head of the Research Group on Data Protection, Documentation and Multiculturalism (until 2019). Postdoctoral studies and research stay in Frankfurt a Main (Germany, 1981), Bremen (Germany, 1984), Louisiana State Law Institute (USA, 1986) and Münster (1987). Joint research between 1992 and 1993 with the Universities of Linz and Vienna (Austria), 1995 and 1996 with the Queen’s University of Belfast (United Kingdom), and between 2007 and now with the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). Adviser (since 1997) to the public key certification services SISCER and FESTE and several telecommunications and software firms. Organized in October 1995 of the Workshop "Cryptography, privacy and informational self-determination", Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Law, Univ. de Zaragoza. Author, editor and associate editor of over 250 publications, including 10 books. Recognised by ANECA for four periods of six years of research (recognition dates: 1990 (2), 2011, 2020) and one of knowledge and innovation transfers (recognition date: 2020). Academic of the Royal Academy of Legislation and Jurisprudence of Spain.
