Eva María Lira Rodríguez is a Senior Lecturer (Profesora Contratada Doctor, accredited to Profesor Titular de Universidad) in Social Psychology at the University of Zaragoza (Faculty of Humanities and Education, Huesca Campus), and a visiting researcher at the Research Institute of Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL) at the University of Valencia. She holds a PhD in Work, Organizational, and Human Resources Psychology from the University of Valencia.

Her research trajectory has been developed continuously within the field of Social and Organizational Psychology, showing a progressive evolution from research on virtual teams, team effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and multilevel models towards current research lines focused on inclusive employment of people with intellectual disabilities and neurodivergence, workplace well-being, organizational climate, and educational innovation.

Her main scientific and technical achievements include the recognition of one CNEAI six-year research period (2024 call) and two ACPUA research evaluation periods, as well as a consolidated publication record in high-impact journals and sustained participation in competitive national research projects. In this context, she has been involved in the Ministry-funded project PID2020-115457RB-I00 (2021–2025) on inclusive employment for people with intellectual disabilities, contributing to the consolidation of a research line with both scientific and social impact.

Her research activity shows a growing and upward trajectory, particularly in recent years, with increasing visibility, impact, and international projection. She is also a member of the recognized research group “Well-being and Social Capital” (S16_23R), which strengthens her integration into established research networks.

Regarding her medium- and long-term scientific objectives, her research focuses on advancing inclusive organizational environments that promote participation, well-being, and performance among diverse populations, particularly individuals with intellectual disabilities. She also aims to further integrate theoretical frameworks such as Self-Determination Theory, the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model, and multilevel approaches, as well as to develop evidence-based organizational interventions with both organizational and societal impact.

Her trajectory is characterized by an interdisciplinary orientation, knowledge transfer, and a strong commitment to addressing current societal challenges, particularly in relation to inclusion, sustainability, and well-being in educational and organizational contexts.
