My professional profile as a female teacher/researcher covers three main lines in which transversal competences, emotional communication and career advice are worked on
1. Three kinds of transversal competences (instrumental, personal and systemic)
2. Emotional communication (emotional intelligence, coaching, conscious emotional linkage and Neurolinguistic Programming)
3. Career advice (undertaking personal and professional projects)
Since 2008 until the present-day, I have actively participated as a female researcher in international research projects related to transversal competences, television diet, adolescents’ values and building an identity (edu2008-00207, subsidy: €40,000). I have collaborated full-time with the media literacy R&D&I project: design, execution and evaluation of an intervention programme with adolescents (edu2012-36720) (2012-2015). I have actively participated in the R&D&I of career design and entrepreneur talent management (edu2013-45704-p €36,000). We have published the results obtained in these research works in high-impact journals, such as la Revista de Comunicación (2008), Revista de Educación (2013), Educational Review (2919) and REOP (2019 and 2020). I have been the coordinator and/or author of several chapters in the work entitled “Transforming strategies for education” of Pirámide (2018) and “Main Lifelong Development Alterations” (2020).
Since 2011, I have been a member of the UNESCO Chair (Universidad del País Vasco) of communication and educational values as a full-time female researcher. I am presently a female researcher of the United States Foreign Trade Institute Chair of Advanced Intelligence (Universidad de Zaragoza). I have lived and worked in England (Erasmus 2003) and Sweden (female teacher and junior researcher, 2004).Since 2008 to the present-day, I have participated in European projects related to coaching, employability (no. 518722-llp-1-2011-1-pl- grundtvig-gmo), education and +E-TUTORING guidance (2018-1-IT02-KA203-048005 ¿Tools and web resources for study and career management) (2011-1-dez-gru13-08092). 2016-2018 European Project Enhancing Social Sciences graduates Transversal Entrepreneurial and Employment skills EsTEEM (2016-1-EL01-KA202-023644). Education and Psychological Processes S57_17R.   I have graduated in Psychopedagogy, and have a Master in Strategic Human Resources Management (Universidad de Salamanca), and a PhD in Education Sciences. I am a coordinator of teaching innovation projects related to transversal competences, emotional communication and proactivity, in which more than 30 teachers participate from 10 different faculties.Finally, I am a teacher and coordinator in the Universidad de Zaragoza Master of Socio-emotional Education (seventh promotion: 2020-2021), and a director and teacher of PhD training (PhD School of the Universidad de Zaragoza) in Emotional Intelligence, Neurolearning, Positive Psychology, Coaching teams and Effective communication with pre- and post-PhDs for 2020-21. I have one recognised ACPUA research 6-year period dated 16/11/2020.
