I obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics from the Moscow State University (1985) and a doctorate in Physical Sciences from the University of Zaragoza (1998). He is currently a member of INMA (Institute of Nanoscience and Materials of Aragon) and Full Professor at the University of Zaragoza. My research has focused mainly on the application of laser technologies in the processing of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 superconducting materials, in the form of monoliths and thick sheets manufactured by the colloidal route, and on the structural and electrical characterization of these materials. Thanks to this work and my stay in 2006 for six months at the Institute of Ceramics and Glass (CSIC), I was able to implement a laboratory for processing ceramic materials by colloidal means, which provides a rheological characterization service for fluids, for which I was your manager. The knowledge acquired in rheology has currently allowed me to collaborate with the research group T50_23R: Multiscale in Mechanical and Biological Engineering (M2BE). However, given the necessary collaboration with private companies, my efforts have also been extended to other materials, such as matrix composites and oxide ceramic fiber reinforcements (SiO2/Al2O3), which have been rewarded by funding and collaboration. that we maintain with the company BSH Electrodomésticos España SA. This collaboration has been established through three research projects of which I have been Principal Investigator (IP1) and whose fundamental objective has focused, on the one hand, on the development of an alternative material to the current glass-ceramic plate in induction cookers. and, on the other hand, in improving the performance and efficiency of other electrical appliances. In general, my research work has led to the publication of 38 articles in international journals, the application for six invention patents, as well as the presentation of more than 46 communications at international conferences. The h-index of the publications made is 14, with an average annual citation of 19. I also highlight my participation in three European projects, more than 15 National and regional Plan projects, as well as the co-direction of a doctoral thesis. My research work has been recognized with the granting of five six-year research periods. Furthermore, in 2013 I received first prize in the group category in the BSH Chair competition for the work carried out in the search for a new substitute material for the current glass-ceramic.
