Postdoctoral researcher. His field  focuses on education and improving learning with Lines of Research in professional and social capital, shared leadership, and expanded communities of practice to foster sustainable learning and social inclusion, especially in contexts of disability and educational justice. He also applies academic analytics through Human-Centered Design to improve these collaborative processes.

As an ambassador of the Arqus Alliance and member of the InterLeader network, illustrate his commitment to Internationalization as a lived value, not just a metric. Research and teaching stays funded through competitive programs such as those of the Spanish Government, French Embassy,  Erasmus+, AUIP, among others, and received in 2020 Excellence in Research Award. Active involvement in European Projects—such as PHOENIX (COST Action) and Communities of Professional Practice and Improvement of Learning (MCIN/AEI/ERDF).

Teaching and Mentoring, where he has delivered over 40 ECTS credits in areas such as didactics and educational technology. He applies innovative methodologies such as Cross-Institutional Project-Based Learning and Need-Solution learning methodologies focused on community challenges.

His decisional capital lies in a bold personal choice: accepting a four-year FPI predoctoral contract, fully funded by the Spanish Government, while rejecting a lifelong public educator position earned through competitive examination. An expression of purpose and ethical commitment now more than ever, sets us apart from machines in an increasingly automated society. At the heart of his work lies a purpose: to share knowledge that brings people together and to cultivate shared happiness and justice. This commitment was recognized with the Dinamia 2025 Award in the category of Community Action, for his project Uniendo Caminos en Las Villas
