Chemical Engineer by the University of Granada (1998-2003), I completed my training with a final research project at the University College of London (2003-04). My academic career is distinguished by the award of a FPU scholarship and a PhD in Chemistry qualified as Outstanding “Cum Laude” and extraordinary award by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC, 2009).
My research career has been internationally recognized. In 2017, the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science awarded me the status of KAKENHI Young Principal Investigator. Since mid 2019, I hold the position of ARAID researcher at the prestigious Institute of Nanoscience and Materials of Aragon (CSIC-University of Zaragoza).
With a strong multidisciplinary background in Materials Science, I accumulate nearly two decades of experience providing advanced scientific services at PhD level. I have collaborated in several research projects, both in academia and industry, standing out for my methodical approach and problem-solving orientation.
My scientific production includes more than 70 publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals, as well as active participation in more than 50 international conferences. My specialization focuses on the fabrication and characterization of optoelectronic devices based on hybrid halide perovskites.
Currently, my research is focused on the development of innovative materials for:

3. Advanced photobatteries
4. Design of specific Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms for perovskite-based solar cells.
