Training:
PhD in Education (Focus on Physical Education Didactics) at the University of Zaragoza. To carry out my PhD dissertation, which analyzed the physical activity effects on work motivation, I got a 48-month predoctoral fellowship. In addition, I graduated a BSc Hons Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (best academic qualification award) and also awarded two MSc Degree (Physical Education Teaching- best academic qualification award -; and Social Sciences Research).

Research:
I have worked in the Physical Education and Physical Activity Promotion Research Group since 2015. In the last 5 years, I have published 1 book, 4 book chapters and 40 manuscripts in scientific journals (15 as the first author), of which 20 indexed in JCR (12 in Q1) and 5 in SJR. I have also participated in the development of 7 research projects funded with a total of 1,879,839€. I have participated with more than 60 communications in International Congresses, receiving 3 awards for the best research communications. I have been an invited speaker in scientific events and I have been part of the Scientific Committee of International Congresses 3 times. In addition, I have been a reviewer of 27 studies in 12 scientific journals and I have been a Guest Editor of a Special Issue in a prestigious Journal (JCR-Q1). Likewise, I have been awarded twice (2017 and 2018) with the 2nd prize of the NAOS Awards (Spanish Government) for 2 projects related to the physical activity promotion in schools and in society, respectively. I have also held business positions participating in the Quality Assessment Commission of the PhD Program in Education for 2 academic courses.

International activity:
With regard to my international activity, I have carried out 3 research visits accumulating a total of 177 days. Two of them had research aims (University of Ghent, 2017; University of York, 2018), while the third had teaching aims (University of Ghent, 2019). As a result of these research visits, I have published 5 JCR-scientific manuscripts with international researchers, 4 of them in Q1 and another in the Q2.

Teaching:
Regarding my teaching experience, I have taught 300 hours in BSc Degrees and in MSc Degrees related to Physical Education and Physical Activity at the University of Zaragoza. The Assessment Commission has always awarded me the highest score. Further, I have also supervised 4 MSc dissertations in this University. During a short term, I also taught supervising BSc dissertations at University Isabel I (online teaching). Currently, I am Lecturer in the mention of Physical Education in the BSc degree in Teaching at the University of Zaragoza (240h/academic year). In addition, I have participated in innovation projects, and I have published 1 book and 3 book chapters in relation to teaching. Finally, I have received more than 400 hours of training courses aimed at research and teaching.

Main lines of research:
a) analysis of motivating teaching styles and motivational processes that influence the students' physical activity levels (SDT-Based research).
b) analysis of physical activity levels and other health-related behaviors.
c) analysis of the impact of physical activity and other motivational variables on several work-related outcomes.
