Ana Clara Pastor Tejedor graduated in industrial engineering from the U.Z. in 1990 and received a PhD in engineering from the UZ in 1994. Her doctoral thesis was on the subject of Research & Development Systems. She was as assistant from the U.Z., in 1990. Since 1997, she has been a lecturer at the Escuela de Ingeniería y Arquitectura (University of Zaragoza, Spain), where she teaches marketing, and industrial psychology. Her main research interests include Management, Quality and Human Resources.  She has published on the topic of Balance Scored Card in the Journal of Total Quality Management; and on the topic of R+D in the Journal of  Tecnovation. She is also the co-author of sixteen books.
