Inmaculada García Mainar is an Associate Professor at the University of Zaragoza since 2000. In 1996 she obtained the extraordinary doctorate award. Her teaching activity has focused mainly on subjects of Microeconomics and Labor Economics, and she has five teaching five-year periods. Her research activity is fundamentally in Labor Economics, addressing a wide range of topics such as wages, occupational segregation, labor supply, occupational prestige, labor conditions, temporary employment, ... She has collaborated with researchers from several Spanish and international universities and research centers. She has published 25 JCR articles and supervised a doctoral thesis. She has four six-year research periods (1995-2000, 2001-2006, 2007-2012, 2013-2018) and one for transfer (2013-2018). She has participated in numerous research projects and contracts, being IP in some of them. In 2010 he was awarded the "Ángela López Jiménez" research award in economic and social matters.
