Carlos Serrano Cinca is a Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Zaragoza (Spain). He has a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza.

He was a visiting researcher at the University of Southampton (United Kingdom). He was Coordinator of the Telephony Chair-University of Zaragoza, head of the Aragonese Observatory for the Information Society, Director of the Master's Degree in Electronic Business Administration (MeBA) at the University of Zaragoza, Director of the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Zaragoza and Coordinator of the Advanced Legal-Business Research Laboratory at the Walqa Technology Park (Huesca).
