The main scientific and technical achievements obtained, interests and scientific and technical objectives in the medium / long-term line of research scientific career are the following
* MSc. Chemistry (June, 1982) and Ph.D. Chemistry (June, 1985) at University of Zaragoza (Spain).
* Full Professor of Chemical Engineering (from 2005); Head of the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering of the University of Zaragoza (2008 - to 2016); Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science of the University of Zaragoza (1990-1991).
* Spanish delegate of the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO; Madrid-Spain) at the European program CAPITA (ERA-NET on Catalytic Processes for Innovative Technology Applications) (2010-2015).
* Member of the Scientific Council and of the Board of Trustees of the Institute IMDEA-Energy (Madrid, Spain) (2007-to date).
* Editor (2005-2008) and Member of the Advisory Board (2005-2014) of Chemical Engineering Journal (Elsevier).
* Author of 135 indexed scientific publications, and more than 250 contributions to international congress.
* Advisor of 17 PhD theses and 50 MSc Thesis, and principal researcher of 25 projects of competitive calls.
